Supply of Office Equipment — Volcano Community Resilience Project

Tender Notice (TN) / Invitation for Bids (IFB) Title: SUPPLY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT • The Ministry of Environment (MOE) (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by The World Bank towards the cost of implementation of the Volcano Community Resilience Project. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. • The Ministry of Environment invites eligible bidders to submit bids for supply of office equipment as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. • Tender Document will be obtained through E-procurement system of Rwanda (www.umucyo.gov.rw).

For submission of Bids, all interested bidders must pay non- refundable fee of eight thousand (8,000 Frw) Rwandan francs to a non-fiscal revenue Account of Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) opened at any Commercial Bank of your choice. • Bids shall be submitted online using the E-procurement system as mentioned above not later than the date and time specified in umucyo e-procurement system. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids shall be opened automatically through E-procurement system on the same day at the time specified in umucyo e-procurement system. • All bids “shall” be accompanied by a bid security with the amount mentioned in the system; • The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline as mentioned above. • All interested bidders may obtain some complementary information by writing using the E-Procurement system not later than fifteen (15) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids. • Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Laws and Regulations on Public Procurement of Rwanda.
