The MKWAWA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION has received a Loan from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of Supply of office furniture under HEET Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Supply of office furniture under HEET Project. 2. You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.

• 4. The Quotations shall be valid for 120 days. 5. The required delivery period is 60 days from the issuance of the purchase order 6. The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM hours local time on 04/07/2024.
