INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS

1.This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project which appeared in

United Nations Development Business (UNDB) Issue No. - dated - and the National e-Procurement System of

Tanzania (NeST) dated 12/10/2023.

2.The MKWAWA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF EDUCATION has received a CREDIT from the

International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of Supply of Furniture under

HEET Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this CREDIT to cover eligible

payments under the contract for Supply of office furniture under HEET Project.2.

• You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supplying the goods as described in the Schedule of

Requirements and Prices attached in Section II.

4.The Quotations shall be valid for 90 days.

5.The required delivery period is 90 days from the issuance of the purchase order

6.The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM hours local time on 12/04/2024.

7.Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST and its opening details will be available through

NeST.

8.Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
