• The DAR ES SALAAM INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY has received a Loan from the The World Bank towards the cost of EAST AFRICA SKILLS FOR TRANSFORMATION AND REGIONAL INTEGRATION PROJECT (EASTRIP) TZ-DIT-MWZ-262991-GO-RFQ Supply of textbooks for Library(EASTRIP) and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Supply of Textbooks

• The DAR ES SALAAM INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY now invites tenders from Special Group, Manufacturer Local, Company Local, Sole Proprietor Local and Partnership Local of Supply of school laboratory supplies under CELPAT for laboratory.

• Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering method specified in the Public Procurement Regulations.

• A complete set of tendering document(s) in ENGLISH may be accessed through NeST. Bidders are required to make own effort to participate in the tendering process (Fail to participate in tendering does not prevent the client to proceed with the tendering process).

• Tenderers are required to register on the NeST and pay the tender participation fee indicated in the NeST to be able to participate in this tendering process.

• All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security in the form of Tender Security - Bank Guarantee in the currency of The Tanzanian Shilling or freely convertible currencies in case of foreign Tenderers worth 6,000,000.00.

• All tenders must be properly filled in and submitted through NeST at or before 02:00 PM on 11/07/2024. Tenders will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST. Tender opening details will be available to the public through NeST.

• Tenders not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
