• This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in the

National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 08/07/2024.

• The Government of Tanzania has set aside funds for the operation of the TANZANIA ELECTRIC SUPPLY COMPANY LIMITED during the financial year 2024/2025. It is intended that part of

the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for the Supply of Training Equipment for Corporate Management System (CMS) Project.

• You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supply of the goods as described in the Schedule of

Requirements.

• The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM hours local time on 30/10/2024.

• Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST and its opening details will be available through

NeST.

• Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
