Teacher Training and Ongoing Support

  • Provide and support teachers and schools with necessary skills as needed and relevant to the program, including technology-based skills, play-based pedagogical approaches to learning, etc.
  • Partner with stakeholders (e.g., head teachers, cluster monitors, etc.) to design and oversee classroom monitoring and coaching.
  • Develop and deploy ongoing teacher support materials for coaches and the teachers themselves (e.g., semi-structured reflective guides and semi-structured session plans for communities of practice)

Data, systems, and accountability

  • Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation of the program, in partnership with MoBSE, to ensure its effectiveness and sustainability (e.g., program dashboard).
