Procurement Method: Request for Quotations
- The Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, Central Projects Coordination Unit (CPCU), the implementing Agency of The Gambia Administration Modernisation for Citizen Centric Service Delivery Project are inviting sealed price quotations from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of the following Communication Equipment’s:

| 5 | Laptops | 1See Annex A for technical specifications.• Bidding will be conducted through shopping procedures specified in the “World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, Procurement in Investing Project Financing, Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services” dated February 2025 and the World Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines: “Guidelines on Preventing and Combatting Fraud and Corruption in Projects financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants dated February 2025.• Suppliers may quote as further defined in the RFQ document. Suppliers wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the schedule of prices.• Interested suppliers may obtain further information detailed technical specifications from the Central Project Coordination Unit, Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, at the email addresses given below from 8.00 a.m. to 16.00 p.m. Mondays to Thursdays and 08:00am to 12:30 p.m. on Fridays.• Quotations and related documentary evidence must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 6th March 2026 at 12:30pm. Late quotations will be rejected.• Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form.• Electronic copy of the detailed technical specification of the Communication Equipment can be requested from the following:[email protected], [email protected] , [email protected]The bidder shall furnish documentary evidence of the following requirement(s):• Business registration and updated Gambia Public Procurement Authority (GPPA) Registration• Proof of three similar contracts performed in the last five years• Your quotation(s) should be submitted as per the following instructions and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of supply.(i) PRICES: The prices shall be quoted in Gambia Dalasi and shall be fixed and not subject to any price adjustment. All quotations shall be inclusive of all taxes as per the Gambia Tax laws.(ii) EVALUATION AND AWARD OF PURCHASE ORDER: Contract Award will be made to the bidder offering the lowest evaluated price, implemented a minimum of three similar contracts within the last 5 years and that meets the required technical specifications.(iii) VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: Your quotations(s) should be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of receipt for quotations.(iv) It is expected that the winning bidder will agree to deliver the items within one months from contract signature and partial quotations will not be accepted.(v) Bidders are required to submit their quotations with visual samples (Catalogues) alongside Specification and brand.(vi) Warranty: Goods offered should be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for 12 months from the date of delivery to the purchaser.Yours Faithfully,Project CoordinatorRISE Project – MoFEAANNEX A: PRICING FORM |
