The Ministry of Education and Training under a World Bank funded project has allocated/received funds to be used for the Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment - Laptops for Component 2.2 Phase 2

The Entity invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the provision of the above Goods.

Tendering will be conducted in accordance with the open National Tendering method contained in the Public Procurement Regulations 2020.

Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information about the Tender documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 08:15am to 16:00pm. Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers(s) from the account below, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of E1000, One Thousand Emalangeni. Proof of Purchase should be sent to the email provided below for the full document. The method of payment shall be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the account indicated below

Tenders must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 09:00am on Friday 12 June 2026. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of E150,000.00 (One Hundred and fifty Thousand Emalangeni Only. Tender securities must be valid 28 days beyond Tender validity date. Late Tenders shall be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at 09:10 am on 12 June 2026
