  • This - Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in UN Development Business.
  • The Republic of Sudan (N) Government of Sudan received a Grant from the Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) financed through contributions from several development partners including the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development/International Development Association toward the cost of the Community Development Fund Project (CDF), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under theContract for the supply of Photovoltaic Solar Systems Project Under the ICB No:

1/ MFNE/IDA/ CDF /02/2012.

Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.8. The Bidders should attach the full document showing that stamp duty,taxes and Zakat(this for Sudan National companies only) has been satisfied in addition to valid registration and agency agreement with a supplier, manufacture or producer.A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission ofa written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non refundable fee SDG (50) Sudanese Pounds) or equivalent convertible currency. The method of payment will be in cash or Cheque.9. Purchase of bidding documents will start on Tuesday March 13 th 2012.10.
