Bidders must submit their technical and financial offers separately in wax-sealed envelopes, one original and two copies. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Ethiopian Birr) in the form of a Certified Payment Order (CPO) or Bank Guarantee valid for 120 days. Bids must be delivered to the Procurement and Finance Directorate Office on or before May 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives on May 29, 2026, at 10:30 AM local time at the Bureau's conference hall. Late bids will be rejected. The Public Body reserves the right to cancel the bid process partially or fully.
