MN02/2026-27: APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF DEBT COLLECTORS FOR THE COLLECTION OF ARREARS AMOUNTS DUE TO COUNCIL FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS Special Conditions:

• MN02/2026-27 shall be evaluated on a One Stage Evaluation System. Stage 1 being Functionality in which only bidders who score a minimum of 70 points out of 100 points will be considered as part of the panel. Once the pool for the panel of service providers has been established, work shall be allocated to bidders using Stage 2 which will be based on the 80/20 Preferential Point System of the Preferential Procurement Framework Act Regulations 2000, (Act No. 5 of 2000) and the amended PPPFA regulation 2022, with 80 for price and 20 for specific goals Contact:
