Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) and The National Standard Bid Documents. 5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from The Kisumu National Polytechnic, procurement@kisumupoly.ac.ke and inspect the bidding document during office hours i.e. 0800 to 1600 hours EAT at the address given below 6. The bidding document in ENGLISH may be downloaded from www.kisumupoly.ac.ke, www.tenders.go.ke or be collected by interested Bidder from The Kisumu National Polytechnic upon payment of KES 1,000 through banker’s cheque 7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 3RD March 2026 11.00 Hours EAT. Electronic Bidding WILL NOT be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
