The tenderer must offer the whole of the quantity or quantities indicated for each lot. • Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Project Financing” (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to bidders that fall under Category B2 and B3 of the Construction Industry Council categories. • Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from: Eswatini Water Services Corporation – Procurement Coordinator – procurement@ewsc.co.sz copy to patricia.magutshwa@ewsc.co.sz and inspect the Bidding document during office hours 08:30 to 16:30 at the address given below. • The Bidding Document is in English and may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of SZL 500 (Five Hundred Emalangeni Only) or equivalent for each lot. The method of payment will be – cash payment/presenting bank guaranteed cheque at the Eswatini Water Services Corporations’ revenue centre in Ezulwini (The Gables) upon which a receipt shall be issued. Alternative payment can be by bank transfer to Account Name– Eswatini Water Services Corporation, Bank Name – Standard Bank, Account No – 9110000596666, Branch Code – 663164, SWIFT CODE – SBIC SZ MX. Proof of payment should be sent to procurement@ewsc.co.sz and copy patricia.magutshwa@ewsc.co.sz after which the bidding document will be emailed to the prospective bidder. • Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12h00 local time on 26 January 2024 and deposited into a designated tender box. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on [12h05 local time on 26 January 2024]. A Pre-Bid meeting shall take place at the following date, time and place: Date: 14 December 2023 Time: 08h30 (local Eswatini time) Place: Nhlangano EWSC Regional Office A site visit conducted by the Employer shall be organized and shall be held after the pre-bid meeting on the 14 and 15 December 2023.
