• This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project which

appeared in the National e-Procurement System of Tanzania (NeST) dated 31/01/2025.

• The MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE has received a Loan from the World Bank towards the cost

of Supply of ICT Equipment and It's Accessories For TFSRP, and it intends to apply part of the

proceeds of this Loan to cover eligible payments under the contract for Supply of ICT

Equipment and it's Accessories for TFSRP.

• You are hereby invited to submit your price quotation for supply of the goods as described in

the Schedule of Requirements.

• The deadline for submission of quotations is 2:00 PM hours local time on 02/09/2025.

• Quotations will be opened promptly thereafter through NeST and its opening details will be

available through NeST.

• Quotations not received through NeST shall not be evaluated irrespective of the circumstances.
