6 TERM AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE • Your quotation should clearly indicate the following: • Price per unit and total price in Kwacha • Value Added Tax (VAT) shown separately (Where applicable) • Delivery shall be to the ministry of Home Affairs and internal security Headquarter • Delivery shall be 1 to 3 weeks.
