Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Procuring Entity: Ministry of Agriculture Project Name: Food System Resilience Program Contract Title: - Procurement of Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of five Animal Feed Processing Plant in the designated project area of Addis Ababa City Administration in Akaki Kality Sub-city Project ID: P71560-ET Bid Reference No.: ET-MOA-548410-GO-RFB • The federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Agriculture received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of Food System Resilience Program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Animal Feed Processing Plant. • The Ministry of Agriculture now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of five Animal Feed Processing Plant in the designated project area of Addis Ababa City Administration in Akaki Kality Sub-city. • Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing (IPF) Borrowers as indicated in ‘Procurement in Investment Project Financing, Goods, Works, Non-Consulting, and Consulting Services’, Seven Edition, September 2025, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. • Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture Procurement Executive Block A, 2nd Floor, Room number B-C-5 and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 9:00 to 12:00 A.M and 2:00 to 5:00 P.M at the address given bellow. • A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders up on the submission of the written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
