120 Days • The work will need a minimum of MK500.0Million CIRA – Civil Category • Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Request for Quotation (RFQ) under works category and Procedures contained in the public procurement Act Regulations of the Republic of Malawi and World bank Regulation and is open to all bidders. • A complete set of bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested bidders at a Non-Refundable Fee of Mk 15,000.00 (Payable at Chikwawa District Council`s Cash office) followed by the collection of the document from the address indicated below starting from 22nd October 2025 during working hours. • Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 5th November 2025, 02:00 pm hours. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid submission sheet. Late bids shall be rejected.
