Bidding will be conducted through shopping procedures specified in the “World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, Procurement in Investing Project Financing, Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services” dated September 2023 and the World Bank’s Anti-Corruption Guidelines: “Guidelines on Preventing and Combatting Fraud and Corruption in Projects financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants dated September 2023. You may obtain further information from the CPCU, Bertil Harding Hwy. Kotu, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday-Thursday) and 8:00 a.m. to 12: 30p.m on Fridays. Record TV and Radio Spots and Audio Visuals: in Wolof, Fulla, Mandinka, Sarahuleh, English and Jolla It is expected that the winning firm would agree with NaNA and CPCU on the work before final productions. The assignment is expected to be within 4 (four) week period after the effectiveness date, upon signing of the Contract.
