RECOVERY OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY FOR LIBERIAN INFORMAL SECTOR EMPLOYMENT (REALISE) PROJECT Capitol Bye Pass, Old Maternity Center, 1st Floor Monrovia- Liberia REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR RENOVATIONS WORKS - LOCAL HIRE Date of Issue of RFQ: 16/07/2025 Project Title: Recovery of Economic Activity for Liberian Informal Sector (REALISE) Project Source of Funding - Grant No.: CLR1016 01 W Contract Name: Renovation of REALISE Project Office Building Contract Ref: LR-LACE-484812-CW-RFQ The Liberia Agency for Community Empowerment (LACE) has received financing from the Agence Francaise De Developpement (AFD) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Renovation Works.

The works will include painting, installation of doors, removing and installing sewer lines and commodes, etc. LACE now invites sealed quotations from eligible bidders for the works. Bidding will be conducted through the Request for Quotation Procurement Method as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” dated July 2016, revised November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the REALISE Project by contacting Koiyan Mawolo, kmawolo@liberiasp.gov.lr and inspecting the RFQ document during office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the address given below. The RFQ document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$20.00. The method of payment is direct cash payment in the Finance Office of the Project.

Bidders requesting and receiving the RFQ document through email will not have to pay US$20.00; the document will be emailed free of charge. Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 a.m. on July 29, 2025. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted.
