Contracting the services of a registered medical Waste Management Company for the disposal of medical/infectious and liquid waste from the Research and Monitoring Division at KZNSB for the period of one (1) year.

waste manifest/tracking form, safe disposal certificate (Certificate of Destruction), waste collection/ service report, contractor compliance (waste transport permit, waste management licence, hazardous waste handling permit), Vehicle and transport permits, treatment facility licence
