  • The Government of the Republic of South Sudan, through the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of implementation of the Regional Climate Resilience Program for Eastern and Southern Africa and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Complete Rehabilitation of Lupetet and Kalabolyang Haffirs, and Minor Rehabilitation of Nadapal Haffir in Eastern Equatoria State, South Sudan. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing,

2.The Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the complete rehabilitation of Lupetet and Kalabolyang Haffirs and the minor rehabilitation of Nadapal Haffir, within 120 calendar days located in Eastern Equatoria State, South Sudan. Bidders may bid for any one or all lots as shown below:
