Refurbish all the offices that directly manage records and GIS Labs. • The Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning (MLHCP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Upgrading/renovation of the Land Records Management Unit and GIS Lab at the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Country Planning, Freetown within Six (6) weeks. Interested bidders are permitted to bid on lot-by-lot basis. 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 2023 edition as per legal agreement (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Sierra Leone Land Administration Project (SLLAP) office at the Ministry of Lands Housing and Country Planning (MLHCP), Freetown and inspect the bidding documents during office hours (0800 to 1600 hours GMT) at the address given below. 5. The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Thousand Five Hundred Leone (SLL 1,500) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency acceptable to the purchaser.
