For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing.” • The Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from Category Esb-4 contractors according to the CIC contractor’s registry for the Setting up Server Room at Lot 2 Construction (HMIS and Biomed Offices) at Central Medical Stores, King Mswati III Avenue, Plot Number 461, Matsapha.
