(Lot 1 to Lot 4) 1. This invitation for bids

follows the general procurement notice for this project that appearedin Development Business, issue no. WB2228-800/11 of 19th May, 2011. 2. The Government of the

Kingdom of Swaziland has received financing

from the World Bank toward the cost of the Health,

HIV/AIDS and TB Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward

payments under the contract for Supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of

Medical and Non-Medical Equipment and Furniture for Mbabane Hospital Maternity

Ward (Lot 1 to Lot 4). |

6-12 weeks 2. The Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders

for Supply and Delivery of Medical and No-Medical Equipment and Furniture for

Mbabane Hospital Maternity Ward 3. Bidding will be conducted through the International

Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank's Guidelines:

Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and

IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers [insert correct title and date of applicable Guidelines edition as per

legal agreement] ("Procurement Guidelines"), and is open to all eligible

bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, pleaserefer to

paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of

interest. 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information

from and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 08.00 to 17.00 hours at

the address given below. 5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the

submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a

nonrefundable fee of E800.00 [Eight Hundred Emalangeni]. The method of payment

will be cash. The document will be sent hardcopy. 6. Bids must be delivered

to the address below on or before 27th

March, 2015 at 10.00 a.m. Electronic bidding will not

be permitted. Late bids will be

rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders'

designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below

on 27th March, 2015, 10.00 a.m. 7. All bids must be

accompanied by a "Bid Security" of Lot 1 USD21,

336.00 or its equivalent in a freely

convertible currency; Lot 2 US$ 15,566.00 or

its equivalent in a freely convertible currency; Lot 3 US$ 420.00.or
