SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: Kingdom of Eswatini Name of Project: Eswatini Water Supply and Sanitation Access Project Contract Title: Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment for the Eswatini Drought Monitor & the Project Implementing Unit Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: 90120 -SZ RFB Reference No.: SZ-EWSC-259768-CW-RFB (EWSC 43 of 2021/2022) • The Government of the Kingdom of Eswatini has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Eswatini Water Supply and Sanitation Access Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment for the Eswatini Drought Monitor (to enable operations of the CDI-E) & the Project Implementing Unit for the Eswatini Water Supply & Sanitation Access Project. • The Eswatini Water Services Corporation (the implementing Agency) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment for the Eswatini Drought Monitor (to enable operations of the CDI-E) & the Project Implementing Unit for the Eswatini Water Supply & Sanitation Access Project.

This equipment is inclusive of; Supply and configuration of IT Equipment both Hardware and Software, Network Security Solution (Firewall), Esri ArcGIS Pro Advanced, Microsoft 365 license (50) with SharePoint configuration These are to be delivered at the National Disaster Management Authority/Agency (NDMA) offices in Mbabane, Eswatini. The expected delivery and installation period is 8 weeks. 3.

Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Fourth Edition November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Eswatini Water Services Corporation – Procurement Manager – procurement@ewsc.co.sz and copy eric@ndma.org.sz to inspect the bidding document during office hours 0800 to 1645 hours at the address given below.

• The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of E1000.00 (One Thousand Emalangeni) or equivalent (in a convertible currency). The method of payment will be – by bank transfer to Account Name – Eswatini Water Services Corporation, Bank Name – Standard Bank, Account No – 9110000596666, Branch Code – 663164, SWIFT CODE – SBIC SZ MX.

Proof of payment should be sent to procurement@ewsc.co.sz and copy eric@ndma.org.sz after which the bidding document will be sent by email to the prospective bidder. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12 noon on the 05 August 2022.

Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at 12:10hrs on the 05th August 2022.
