Description

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Energy has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the grant and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The consulting services (“the Services”) include working in close coordination with national stakeholders in development of the National Electrification strategy and a National Electrification Plan. The Consultant shall work closely with EEC, and MNRE. Other stakeholders include – but may not be limited to local governments, NGOs, and other donors.

The expected duration of the whole activity is 26 weeks.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Energy now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:
