The Ministry seeks an IT consultant to develop a consolidated platform managing quantitative data from SSWSEEP implementation. OBJECTIVE: Provide MGCSW with a unified database system and deploy a digital grievance redress mechanism using appropriate platforms for complaint registration, investigation, feedback, and reporting.
