REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (SUPPLY OF GOODS - SELECTION OF FIRMS) Country: Mozambique Project Name: Temane Regional Transmission Project Financing/Credit/Grant No.: D495-MZ Assignment Description: Procurement of IT Equipment for the Temane Regional Energy Transport Project Reference No.: 139/TREP/2025 The Republic of Mozambique has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Temane Regional Energy Transport Project (TREP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds to eligible payments under the contract resulting from this tender. The Sociedade Nacional de Transporte de Energia (STE) invites eligible companies to submit their proposals for the supply of 15 laptop computers. Proposals will be evaluated using total price comparison methods, as defined in the World Bank’s "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, September 2025" ("Procurement Regulations"), and based on the following criteria: • Be registered in the single registry of Public Works Contractors, Suppliers of Goods, and Service Providers to the State, in addition to having tax obligations fully regularized. • Proposals must include a detailed description of the requested equipment, including model reference. A description/catalogue must also be provided for all equipment. • Proposals must be sent separately in a sealed envelope (or by e-mail), by 14:00 hours on 14/08/2026, which must be marked as follows. LOT 1: “SUPPLY OF IT EQUIPMENT_139_TREP_2025, Temane Regional Transmission Project. DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 14:00 hours on 14/08/2026.” LOT 2: “SUPPLY OF IT EQUIPMENT _139_TREP_2025, Temane Regional Transmission Project. DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 14:00 hours on 14/08/2026.” • Interested parties must request the terms of reference via email at procurement@ste.co.mz. • The proposal must be submitted in accordance with the General Conditions of Supply:

• PRICES: Prices must be in Local Currency (Metical). • EVALUATION AND AWARD: The evaluation of proposals will be made for the set of specifications presented, and the award will be made to the bidder who presents the lowest evaluated price among the proposals that fully comply with the requirements. • VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: The proposal must be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of proposals indicated in paragraph 3 of this invitation. • Additional information can be obtained through the following contact:
