Minimum of 5 years of experience in the provision of advice to governments and international financial organizations on the improvement of cybersecurity systems;
Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity systems;
Demonstrated experience in developing countries, particularly in Africa, in matters related to cybersecurity would be desirable;
Fluency in Portuguese or French (written and spoken) are required. The attention of interested consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the World Bank's July 2016 "IPF Borrower Procurement Regulations", revised in October 2017 and August 2018 (Procurement Regulations) setting forth the World Bank's Policy on Conflict of Interest. A consultant will be selected according to the individual consultant method established in the Public Procurement Regulations.
