The services to be rendered by the Consultancy that are included in the TOR and can be requested by sending an email to psrpafap@gmail.com; faustinoneto58@gmail.com; The attention of interested consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Finance Borrowers", November 2020 (Procurement Regulations) setting forth the World Bank's Policy on Conflict of Interest. A Consulting firms will be selected according Selection based on the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) established in the Bidding Regulations for Borrowers of World Bank-financed Investment Projects (World Bank Procurement Framework and Regulations November 2020.
